The main focus of the gallery’s collection is, however, on antiques produced during the 18th and early 20th century. Art in Swiss was founded by Gerhard Brunel in 1979.
Gerhard first began dealing in antiques in Zurich in the 1970s, and he remains the Managing Director of the gallery today. Having taken a keen interest in antiques and their historical importance from a young age, Gerhard sought to travel the globe in search of rare and important objects. His philosophy of providing exceptional pieces and unsurpassed service remains at the core of Art in Swiss ethos; commitment to this principle ensures that our customers’ expectations are continually exceeded.
